Anubias Afzelli driftwood creations are ideal for substrate digging or shifting fish as the plant is attached to the driftwood and cannot be uprooted.

Of the Anubias varieties, Afzelli has a slender leaf coming to a point adding beautiful contrast when planted with broad leaf varieties. Native to West Africa.

Placement

Foreground, to midground. An excellent centre piece for the aquarium and driftwood provides structure for fish to hide around.

Low to moderate lighting requirements. An undemanding species of plant, but ensure leaves are wiped free of algae to ensure adequate photosynthesis.
